A while has passed since my last blog piece. I’m writing this piece just as I am about to take a step in a whole new direction. I’m heading on holiday, but this time, I’m leaving Europe all together and heading to America.

America is always a place I always wanted to go to. Several factors in life prevented me from doing so until now. Parents, money, the pandemic, everything got in the way of me going to America. But now, I’m taking a chance and travelling to Orlando, Florida.

It’s a holiday that I have planned meticulously with my sister. We’ve cut a deal; we plan to do Walt Disney World and Universal Studios together. She’s a Harry Potter fan, I love Disney so it works for both of us. It’s a holiday that we’ll probably be able to do once in a lifetime, so we’re going to grab the opportunity while we can.

So now, we are waiting to step onto a plane and head to America for the first time. I know we will have a fantastic time. All I want right now is for us to arrive safely and happy.
